National Safety Council Names UTC Fire & Security 2011 Campbell Award Winner

The National Safety Council announced that UTC Fire & Security is the 2011 recipient of the prestigious Robert W. Campbell Award. After undergoing a rigorous review and assessment process, UTC Fire & Security accepted the international award for business excellence through environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management on Monday, October 31 during the National Safety Council´s 99th Annual Annual Congress & Expo in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. UTC Fire & Security impressed the Campbell Award Selection Committee with world-class EHS results and an impressive record of integrating acquired organizations into a holistic EHS management system.
